SOLAR POWER AND ENERGY SYSTEMS
With the increased focus on providing energy efficient systems to homes in recent times, the Architectural Review Authority (ARA) is receiving an increasing number of enquiries and applications for the installation of solar hot water systems and photovoltaic cells. The Principal Body Corporate (PBC) would like to remind all Lot Owners within the Resort wishing to install such systems that the PBC’s approval is required prior to the commencement of any works.
The PBC Redevelopment Application form is available from CMS or by downloading from the ARA section of the HIR Portal website at http://portal.hir.com.au/. The Redevelopment Application form should be accompanied by a site or roof plan, indicating the location of the components and a product brochure for the system.
Submissions can be lodged at the offices of Cambridge Management Services, or posted to CMS for the attention of the ARA, PO Box 175, Oxenford, QLD 4120
