The PBC, through an Executive Committee elected at the Annual General Meeting of the PBC by the RBC nominees, directs and supervises the activities of the Body Corporate Manager, Cambridge Management Services. The Executive Committee considers a diverse range of matters and makes recommendations to the PBC Committee at General meetings, regarding initiatives that will maintain or enhance the lifestyle, presentation standards and property values of our Resort. The PBC Nominees and Executive Committee members are a group of elected volunteer representatives who work without payment and strive to act in the best interests of HIR owners, to whom they are accountable.

The above EC members are all residents and cover a wide representation across the Resort. The PBC and its Committees operate under open and transparent rules of governance, and membership of the various Committees is open to every owner, some by election and some by volunteering to serve.
