Colin and his wife Leueen moved from Runaway Bay to “The Links” in 2008.
He is an entrepreneurial businessman and company director with a 30 year background in business acquisitions and development in Australia, New Zealand and North America, across a broad range of industries including Manufacturing, Importing, Retail, Franchising, Media, Live Entertainment, Hospitality, Manufactured Housing, Real Estate, Training, Distribution, Company Mergers and Acquisitions.
Colin has been actively involved in community initiatives, including being the Founding Chairman of the “Walsh Trust”, a leader in the provision of community-based mental health support services. He was also Founder of the “Academy of Business Studies and Leadership” a non-profit making trust, providing training for future leaders in character qualities, business education and life skills, to make them successful in life.
Colin is looking forward to being part of the PBC Executive Committee to assist in achieving its goal of making Hope Island Resort the most sought after address on the Gold Coast.
