Ken and his wife have lived in the Marina Houses, HIR, since July 2003.
Over a working career spanning 40 years, Ken has held positions of Chief Executive and Chairman for International companies operating in New Zealand, Japan and Australia. His principal experience and roles have been in marketing and business development.
He has been involved with Bodies Corporate in New South Wales and Queensland, as well as being exposed to gated communities in Mexico and the Philippines.
Ken and his wife are active members of the Links Golf Club and the Wine Society at HIR, and the Broadwater Bridge club.
Ken has been very active in trying to change the "old" culture of HIR from when it was influenced by the Developers to where property owners decide what is best for their lifestyle and to maintain the value of their properties, as owners or investors.
