Chairman Ellensbrook Body Corporate

Michael moved to Hope Island Resort in 2005 from Mermaid Beach. Michael, his wife Kelly and son Nathan lived in Gracemere Gardens while their home was constructed in the Ellensbrook Precinct. They moved into Ellensbrook in 2007.

Michael was immediately elected chairman of the Ellensbrook Body Corporate and has served in that position now for 3 years. He was nominated as representative to the PBC in 2007 and has been so ever since.

Michael has been a Veterinary Surgeon working on the Gold Coast since 1995, owning his own practice since 1998. In 2007 he sold the Highland Park, Nerang and Oxenford vet surgeries to a corporate organization. He has recently restarted his new practice The Vet Lounge at Upper Coomera and has been delighted to see a lot of old faces back again.

Michael sits on 3 other body corporate committees – 2 residential and 1 commercial, being chairman of 2 of these. He has always been keen to understand the processes of decision making for the benefit of the residents he represents
