The PTBC is the entity responsible for decisions affecting the efficient maintenance and financial management of the primary thoroughfare assets.
The PTBC comprises nominee representatives from all members. In the case of the PBC nominee, they are elected at the PBC AGM each year.
The PTBC through its Executive Committee, who are elected at the Annual General meeting of the PTBC by the member nominees, directs and supervises the activities of the Body Corporate Manager, Cambridge Management Services, as well as considering a diverse range of matters and making recommendations to the PTBC Committee at General meetings for approval, regarding initiatives that will maintain or enhance the lifestyle, presentation standards and property values of our Resort and financial profitability of commercial interests.
