New Gate Access Control System Goes Live! The new Gate Access Control system has now been turned on and the old system switched off at the Magnolia Greens gate. All residents and owners are reminded that they now need to use the new type of cards and clickers to gain access through the gate.
If you have not yet obtained your two free of charge access swipe cards you can pick them up from HIR Security at the Marina Boardwalk any time, they are open 24/7.
If you would like to purchase additional cards and remote clickers, you can purchase up to 4 additional devices. The order forms are available at CMS Reception and HIR Security. The cost is $10 for swipe cards and $30 for remote clickers. You will need to pay for the additional devices at CMS Reception with cash or credit card/eftpos. Opening hours are 8:30am to 5pm.
Residents are also reminded to keep their old access cards and clickers to continue to gain access through other gates and entry points throughout the Resort.
