Heavy Rain - Resort Bulletin
Please note the following:
- Due to Allconnex reaching capacity on the main sewerage line, people within the Resort will not be able to flush toilets. This situation is currently affecting Gracemere and Magnolia and unless Allconnect rectify the matter it will eventually start to effect other areas. Our pump stations and sewerage system are working effectively. The contact for Allconnex is 1300 000 928 if Residents wish to take the matter up further with Allconnex directly. We will continue to chase up Allconnex for updates on the matter and we will keep you informed as the situation changes.
- the water is currently over the revetment walls and a high tide of 1.7 m is expected locally around 11:20 am.
- All underpasses in the Resort have also been shut down and closed off.
- The back road that services the GC landscape compound has also been closed off.
