
Channel 9 on MYSTAR HDResidents with an Austar “MyStar HD” unit installed can now receive Channel 9 via the normal Austar TV Channel Guide menu. Previously, users could not receive Channel 9 via their MyStar unit.
Thanks to some persistence by Comverge, the PBC’s contractor for the CATV system in the Resort, and some funding from the PBC for a special antenna to be installed, the problem has been overcome. Users are now able to view and record Channel 9 programs through their MyStar Unit.
To set up Channel 9 on the MyStar unit, turn the power off on the unit for a few seconds and turn it back on again. The MyStar unit will search for Channels and when that process is complete, Channel 9 should have been added to the Channel Guide menu on the first page.
