HIR News is the official website of Primary Thoroughfare Body Corporate (PTBC) and the Principal Body Corporate (PBC).
It is an open website, accessible to anyone. If you register with us we will be able to contact you whenever there is an update to the site that we feel to be of general interest.
Information about Hope Island Resort and about the PBC in particular is posted regularly.

The website has a direct link to the Hope Island Resort Portal (click on "Body Corporate Portal" on the top toolbar). The Portal carries archival information about the PTBC and the PBC and Sub-Committees, and about the Resort in general - for example, how to use the Security System and the CATV facilities. Most importantly, it carries information such as by-laws and meeting minutes about each individual Residential Body Corporate (RBC). These areas of the Portal require the user to be registered and to gain access through a Password, because access to information about a particular Body Corporate is restricted to registered owners and residents with property there.
