Heavy Rains - Update

hurrah

The Allconnex sewerage system is back in normal operation and all pathways throughout the Resort have been reopened

Heavy Rain - Resort Bulletin

Please note the following:
  • Due to Allconnex reaching capacity on the main sewerage line, people within the Resort will not be able to flush toilets. This situation is currently affecting Gracemere and Magnolia and unless Allconnect rectify the matter it will eventually start to effect other areas. Our pump stations and sewerage system are working effectively. The contact for Allconnex is 1300 000 928 if Residents wish to take the matter up further with Allconnex directly. We will continue to chase up Allconnex for updates on the matter and we will keep you informed as the situation changes.
Residents might like to be aware that:
  • the water is currently over the revetment walls and a high tide of 1.7 m is expected locally around 11:20 am.
  • All underpasses in the Resort have also been shut down and closed off.
  • The back road that services the GC landscape compound has also been closed off.

That way, you can keep yourself informed without the need to logon to the site from time to time.

There are three simple steps to set up this facility;

1. Click on the box at the left hand side of the Home Page and then click on RSS the box that appears:

clickerGate Clicker Availability

Gate clicker demand has been much higher in Gracemere and The Lakes precincts than those precincts installed earlier and our supplier has also experienced delivery delays. As a result, there has been a delay in fulfilling orders for clickers placed by owners, for which we apologise.

We are expecting a delivery by the end of the week that will enable the backlog to be cleared. NOW RECEIVED

In the meantime, swipe cards are in ample supply.

Secure Your Golf Buggy!

Regrettably, at HIR and Sanctuary Cove, there have been recent incidents where golf buggies have been stolen and although they have been retrieved, considerable damage has been done to them.

Please make sure that you don’t leave keys in your buggy when you park – even at home.
